CIP Energy operates a vertically integrated business model in the sodium secondary battery sector, covering anode material development, cylindrical cell production, and battery pack manufacturing.
The program is a tailored accelerator designed to support the growth of early-stage startups with promising technology-based business ideas and assist in investment attraction.
CIP Energy stated that it was selected based on its next-generation energy technology using sodium secondary battery anode materials, potential linkage with regional industries, and strong commercialization capabilities.
Through this selection, the company will receive support including business diagnostics, customized consulting packages, networking, and demo day participation. It will also benefit from direct investment consideration by professional accelerators, investor matching based on company-specific diagnostics, participation in global startup conferences such as Global Demo Day, and support for open innovation and regional commercialization in Daegu.
